DIY Installation
Reflective Insulation Cooling Bubble Sheet size is 1.25m *40m
Materials Required:
- Drill machine
- Self-drilling screws
- GI washers
- Ladder
- Cutter
Installation Steps:
Here, we are going to install the material onto the purlin. Purlin is typically used to install metal sheets, but in this case, we will utilize the same parlin to install the Reflective Insulation Cooling Bubble Sheet under the roof. This way, after installation, the parlin will not be visible.
- Preparation: Check the size of the room and locate the parlin (metal rods used for support). There are two types of rods: parlin and bhim (main parlin).
- Starting Point: Begin from the top side
- Securing the Material: Install the first parlin by using four(4) screws and ensure there’s a distance of 2-3 inches from the cutting edge of the bubble sheet for added strength.
- Stretching the Material: Stretch the material to the next parlin, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Install screws on each side and then in the middle, for a total of three screws and washers per side.
- Continuation: Repeat the process until you reach the last parlin. If the last parlin is far from the wall, install the material on the wall to cover the metal sheet.
- Overlap: When installing the second layer, ensure to overlap the material by at least 2 inches for easier work.
