Product Description
CHEMICALLY CROSS-LINKED CLOSED-CELL POLYETHYLENE FOAM INSULATION
AEROLAM XLPE as duct insulation is specially designed for the HVAC segment and applications in the Textile and Building industry, for thermal & acoustic insulation. AEROLAM XLPE conforms to Class 1 for Surface Spread of Flame Characteristics and Class ‘O’for Fire Propagation, is dust and fibre-free and user-friendly.
AEROLAM XLPE is manufactured using World Class Manufacturing equipment with machinery & setup capable of manufacturing products in line with international norms. The highest quality Raw Materials, Practices and Quality Management System ensures AEROLAM XLPE delivers the best quality end-product.
XLPE foamsheets are also highly resistant to chemicals, oil, and grease, making them ideal for use in industrial applications. The foam can be easily cleaned and sanitized, making it suitable for use in food processing facilities. Additionally, the material is resistant to UV radiation, ensuring that it won’t break down or deteriorate when exposed to sunlight.
Another beneficial characteristic of XLPE foam sheets is their thermal insulation properties. The closed-cell structure of the foam prevents heat from escaping, making it ideal for use in construction and HVAC applications. The foam can be used to insulate pipes, air ducts, and walls, reducing heat loss and lowering energy costs.
XLPE foam sheets are also highly durable and long-lasting. The material resists moisture and mold growth, ensuring that it won’t break down or deteriorate over time. It is also resistant to tearing and puncturing, making it suitable for use in high-traffic areas where it may be subject to wear and tear.
